- We collect only what we need to deliver your service, and never sell your data.
- Documents you share are seen only by the people working on your file — including qualified professionals in our network — and by government portals when we file for you.
- Website analytics runs only if you allow it; we never use advertising cookies, and our tools run in your browser.
- We never ask for OTPs, net-banking passwords or card PINs.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or complain to our Grievance Officer, Sandeep Chandra.
01Who we are
TP Tax Paramarsh LLP (“Tax Paramarsh”, “we”, “us”) is a business services firm that helps businesses across India with registrations, returns, funding and tax matters, working with a network of chartered accountants, company secretaries and advocates. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you use taxparamarsh.in, contact us, or use our services. Our registered office and contact details are on our Contact page.
02The laws we follow
We handle personal information in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules, notified on 13 November 2025, bring in further obligations, most of which take effect on 13 May 2027. We are aligning our practices with that Act now, and this policy already describes the rights it gives you.
03What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email, state, business details and anything you write in a form, WhatsApp message, email or call.
- Documents for your service: for example PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, bank statements, financial statements, property or business documents, and identity documents of directors or partners. Some of these, such as bank account and financial details, are sensitive personal information, and we treat them with extra care.
- Website use — only if you allow it: when you tap “Allow” on our analytics notice, we use Google Analytics (and may use Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (city level), and clicks on buttons such as WhatsApp, Call or Download. These tools set cookies. We never send them your name, phone number, documents or anything you type in our forms. If you tap “No thanks”, no analytics runs. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Your browser: our website stores your language choice (English or Hindi) and your analytics choice in your own browser. Our calculators, health check and deadline tools run entirely in your browser — your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to send them, for example on WhatsApp.
04How we use your information
- To understand what you need, prepare a written quote, and deliver the services you ask for.
- To prepare and file applications and returns on government portals on your behalf.
- To contact you about your work, payments, reminders you ask for, and changes in law that affect you.
- To keep records that the law requires, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- To improve our services.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to the purposes above without your consent.
06WhatsApp, calls and email
Many clients contact us on WhatsApp. Messages and files you send there are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Please share only what your service needs. We will never ask for OTPs, net-banking passwords or card PINs — if anyone claiming to be from Tax Paramarsh asks for these, do not share them and tell us.
07How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires us to keep records:
- Enquiries that do not become engagements (website forms, callback requests, WhatsApp messages): deleted within 12 months.
- Client files and working papers: kept for 8 years after the end of the financial year in which our work for you ends, because tax, GST and company laws can require records to be produced for that long.
- Partner records (commission and TDS): kept for 8 years after the financial year they relate to.
- Marketing messages: only with your consent, until you withdraw it.
- Website analytics: only if you accept analytics cookies, and for no more than 14 months.
After these periods we delete the information or make it anonymous. You can ask us to delete information earlier unless the law requires us to keep it.
08How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices to protect your information, and only the people working on your file can access it. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure.
If a personal data breach happens, we will inform the people affected without delay — telling you what happened, the likely impact, what we are doing about it and what you can do to protect yourself — and report it to the Data Protection Board of India within the time the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 require.
09Your rights and choices
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Correction and update — ask us to correct or complete it.
- Erasure — ask us to delete information we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent — you can withdraw consent at any time; this may mean we cannot continue a service.
- Grievance redressal — complain to our Grievance Officer (below), and, once the relevant provisions are in force, to the Data Protection Board of India.
- Nominate — name someone to exercise your rights if you are unable to.
To use any of these rights, write to us at info@taxparamarsh.in or WhatsApp us.
10Children’s information
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. If a service needs a minor’s information — for example in a family tax matter — we collect it only with the consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
