Our story

“Paramarsh” means counsel. Not processing, not form-filling — counsel: the kind you get from someone who knows your business, tells you honestly what you need and what you don’t, and is still there after the certificate arrives.

Tax Paramarsh began with a simple belief: small businesses don’t need more portals — they need a trusted desk that handles the paperwork properly and explains it in plain words. That belief still shapes how we work with every client, wherever they are in India.

We are not a call centre and not a one-person practice. We are a company — an advisory desk that owns your file from the first call to the final filing, backed by qualified professionals for the work that needs them.

Businesses we know well

What a decade has taught us

  1. Most notices are preventable.

A mismatch between returns and books causes more notices than anything else. Regular reconciliation prevents most of them.

  2. The cheapest filing is the one done on time.

Late fees, interest and lost credit usually cost more than the service itself.

  3. Loans often fail on paperwork, not merit.

A clear project report and clean records help many businesses get funding they already qualify for.

  4. Small businesses need a desk, not a portal.

Owners want someone who knows their file and answers the phone.

  5. Registration is the start, not the finish.

Every registration creates returns and renewals. We track them from day one.

  6. Honest advice keeps clients.

Telling someone they don’t need a service builds more trust than any offer.

How we behave

Six house rules

HOUSE RULE 01Honest first

We’ll tell you when you don’t need a service — even one you were ready to pay for.

HOUSE RULE 02Written quotes

The number you approve is the number you pay. Scope changes are agreed before, never after.

HOUSE RULE 03After-care

We track the renewals and due dates every service creates, and remind you before they arrive.

HOUSE RULE 04Plain language

English or Hindi, without jargon. If it isn’t clear, we haven’t done our job.

HOUSE RULE 05Your data stays yours

Documents are used only for your work. We never ask for OTPs or passwords.

HOUSE RULE 06The right professional

Work that needs a qualified signature is done and signed by a qualified professional.

Our people

A team defined by roles, not titles

Advisors

Your first point of contact — they understand your business and explain options in plain words.

Filing and documentation

Prepare, check and file — with checklists and reviews at every step.

Funding and projects

Project reports, CMA data and scheme applications for loans and subsidies.

Professional network

CAs, CSs and advocates for work that needs a qualified professional.

Designations don’t decide who helps you — whoever owns your file sees it through.
